Do I need to make a booking for my treatment?

If anyhow possible we would strongly recommend to make a booking with us to ensure that we are available for you at the desired time. However, you are also most welcome just to pass by to check for immediate vacancies.

What happens if I am late?

Arriving late will possibly shorten your treatment time, so the next customers will not be delayed. Please understand that we will have to charge the full price for your treatment.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cannot make it to your appointment with us, please notify us soonest in order to allow others to enjoy a treatment here with us.

What if I have special health concerns?

When making reservations, please notify us if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant (there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but many that can be enjoyed).

What do I need to bring?

We will, of course, provide all accessories and equipment you might need during your stay here in our spa.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

Due to therapeutical reasons there is a minimum age of 16 for all treatments in our spa.

Are gift certificates available from your spa?

Of course you may buy gift certificates for either a specific amount or a treatment. Upon request we also ship them to you by postal mail, along with an invoice for settlement by online banking (money transfer order). Please be aware that in order to have your gift certificate honored by us, we kindly ask for a booking in advance, either by email or phone call. In case of a no show, we have to ask for your understanding that we will consider your gift certificate honored as our therapists have been ready and waiting for you without being able to accept other bookings.

How does the Time Ritual Experience work precisely ?

The idea behind the Time Ritual is to offer a maximum of flexibility in terms of treatments that my be selected. That’s why we consider it a perfect gift idea. Everyone booking a Time Ritual with us may choose freely any treatment from our Spa Menue, disregarding the price, up to total treatment duration of 3 hours (except for Four Hand Massage). Our guests are kindly asked to inform us up to 3 days prior to their appointment with us about the selected treatments they would like to enjoy here with us.

Will I need to guarantee for my booking ?

In case of booking a rather expensive package or treatments for several persons, we might ask you for a collateralisation by providing your credit card data or doing a down payment prior to your appointment with us. In case of the first, we won’t charge your card prior to your appointment and you will be asked to pay upon having enjoyed your treatments here with us. In case of the latter, we will of course charge you only the remaining amount after deduction of the down payment already received.
